Hey guys! I’m a beginner, I started jelqing today (10 minutes, full erect 100%, I can’t do it with less) and stretched a little. Now I plan to rest today and tomorrow, so everything can do its job.

I read a few threads and it seems like PE can be very dangerous (and I believe that).

But not long ago(few weeks) I got a little crazy and experimented.. Don’t hit me, I was stupid, I know, but I didn’t know at that time, I wasn’t even thinking about serious PE.

So I picked up shoelaces and strangled my little friend, It stopped the blood flow completely and my dick got immediately very dark (not black, but you probably know what I mean).

Now I have to admit that it looked awesome, can’t deny it, it was super thick and felt great.

I did that a few times and thank god I just let it on there for not more than a couple of minutes, longest time was probably around 15 minutes, something like that. After 3 days I stopped it because I somehow figured that this can’t be healthy. Now I’m here and I want to improve my size a bit and I found out that this thing with the shoelaces would be similar to clamping, hence the title.

My question is:

How dangerous was that really? Did I get lucky that nothing bad happened or how would you interpret that?

Hey there.
I know that, but like I wrote, I can’t jelq with 60% and I wasn’t intentionally clamping.

I tried clamping too early. My unit wasn’t ready for the stress yet (it’s pretty intense).

I had purple dick for over a week. Won’t try it again for months.

I would love to do it all the time, unfortunately I found out that it’s not good for beginners.

But still, I blocked the blood flow completely and thankfully I had no damage, even though I did it a few times!

Did you do the same like me? How long did you do it and what exactly happened, when did it turn purple?

I got semi hard, started a wrap around the base. Kegeled in some more blood and added the middle clamp. It felt fine at first and I tightened it to that “just slightly uncomfortable tension and picked up a good book. I read a paragraph and looked down and noticed it had quickly gone purplish black. I took it off immediately and left it alone.

There was a very discernable white ring where the wrap at the base was then the rest was purple dick for days. I took lots of bromelien and used arnica all the time and I have since returned to normal.

Yes! I have to take a step back and realize my “fast and furious” attitude is not always beneficial.

You need start with basical PE exercises, when your growth stops you will need to increase the intensity ( to get yourself out of a deadlock) then you can use level intensity exercises ( clamp , pumping, ) .the correct philosophy is to go from less to more ( - intensity to + intensity ) .

Because if you start with clamp you’re not maximizing your opportunities to grow, then when you dont grow up, you havent got exercise any stronger than the clamp for to get new gains. Do you understand? sorry for my english is very very bad….
