I’m still new at this so I need to clarify 2 things before I try the newbies routine.
1. How can I tell if If affected by this: Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum
I tried to stretch my penis while in flaccid state and it didn’t stretch very much and it surely didn’t look like a pencil. I could only stretch it from 4 inches to 5 inches without feeling a pain.
2. Kegels.I read about these, but I don’t think I have the slightest clue as to how to do these. I stopped the flow of urine while urinating.is that all you do.just that while you’re not urinating?
BTW: In case you’re wondering.Here’s my measurements:
Length: 4 inches flaccid and around 5 1/2-6” erect
Girth: 4 1/2 inches flaccid and erect
Goals:
Length: 6-7 inches flaccid and 8-9 inches erect
Girth: 5 1\2 to 6 inches flaccid and erect
Balls to hang lower
