Been trying stretches in the shower…To me that has to be beneficial to PE.

What do you guys think?

The only way I see it beneficial if the water is hot/warm. If not, whatever where you stretch.

Maybe even using a rubber glove to grip the penis while stretching, Idk.

If you find it comfortable then you should. But I’ve never used rubber glove.

Anytime you can find to dedicate to PE is beneficial, as long as you are not showing signs over overworking.

I personally think its best to do a few smaller sets during the day, instead of one big set, but that is just my humble opinion. :)

Stretches on shower Is part of the stealth Pe but I don’t think it would be so

Different then use a warm rice sock around your dick while you stretch and staying 10 minutes plus on shower it can’t be good for your water bill

I stretch 10 min. in the hot tub as my warmup. Prior to that I wasn’t using heat. It’s difficult for anyone to say you will or won’t gain from this or that. We are all unique. :) Good luck with PE.

I never get a good grip in the shower. I need baby powder to do useful manual stretches.

A piece of toilet paper works well an is less messy. Doesn’t work in the shower though!


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I don’t know that I’d like using rubber gloves either. They would be wet inside & out and then you have the hassle of putting them on again and taking them off.

I just grip as tight as I can behind the glans and pull. Sometimes I use both hands to hold the grip tighter to prevent sliding. If my glans were small I can see where this would not work.
I figure if I could hang 7 lbs with a chicken choker then my hand isn’t going to hurt my glans either.
