Been stuck for awhile..

Been stuck for awhile..

I’ve been PEing for about 1-1.5 years on and off with 2-3 month stretches where I would do PE diligently. I’m currently at about 5.6” BPEL and 4.6 EG (focusing on length first though) and have been stuck here for the past 6 months. I’ve gained about .5” with PE so far but I’d really like to gain more and it makes me angry/sad/emo reading all these threads of people gaining alot in such little time. :[ I currently do an assortment of 1-2 min stretches, V stretches, the breathe in for 2 seconds, exhale for 2 seconds stretch, and two way stretches and low intensity jelq for about 10-15 min 4-5x a week. I’m at college so I can’t do anything like hanging or device usage cause of my roommate and the lack of real privacy. Any suggestions on what I should do? I was actually on a break for the past 1-2 months and just recently started again the last few weeks.


Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?

1/12/2010: BPEL 5.9" EG 4.4" Stretching, V-jelqs, Regular Jelqs and Clamping

You have to be consistent. also I am not sure if this is true for you but for me when I was doing PE in the dorms having to worry about some one walking in greatly effected the effectiveness of my routine. I fixed the problem by doing all of my PE in the bathroom with the doors locked.

Only one person out of 4 of my roommates said anything about me staying in the shower for 1 hour + a day. It worked well because I had all the free hot water I could use so I had a much better warm up and warm down then I do now.

Are you using heat?

Also I wear the red golf weights from Wall-mart for about 8-10 hours a day almost every day. By the end of the day I can really tell my ligs have been stretched.


After 18 weeks of PE 8/12/06--->NBPEL 6.75 BPEL 7.25 EG 5.25

New Start 3/1/07-->NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.15 EG 5.0

Now 06/8/07------>NBPEL 6.85 BPEL 7.4 EG 5.5

Change up your routine. Jelq at higher intensity levels. Increase the time that you PE. THere are a lot of things tht you can do to start gaining again, but firstly you have to be consistent.
