Been PEing for a year smoking and bad EQ Think I've gained but newbies beware
I have been PEing very inconsistently and without warming up for nearly a year now and seem to have some gains but it’s really hard to tell because my Erection Quality is at an all time low!! And also didn’t measure at the start or regularly throughout the year big mistake. People starting to PE really need to follow the newbie routine as I have been through some rough times because of this and it’s not worth it just to get a slightly bigger package if you don’t enjoy sex any more whats the point?? My girlfriend thinks I’ve gained a bit of girth but I’m not sure if she’s ever felt my penis at maximum erection volume.
Before I started PE it was very very good I would have literally rock hard erections and my penis would stay hard after coming for ages, I could sometimes just stay inside the girl and keep going for another orgasm! Now I sometimes have such trouble maintaining an erection during intercourse (especially when she’s on top) that sex can turn into quite a uncomfortable and upsetting experience! I admit that I do smoke and haven’t had much exercise recently but I think it’s just from over doing the PEing and not warming up. I had my testosterone checked and other tests and all is good there.
Can PE really effect EQ this much??
Is there an easy way to tell if it’s my blood circulation or the PE?
I Don’t get that pumping feeling when blood is pushed into my penis does that mean it’s my circulation or could it be PE?
I guess I should just quit PE for a while and see what happens but I don’t want to loose the gains I’ve made (if I have made gains).
One more thing do you think damage to the penis through PE could effect sex drive? Like your brain knows it needs a rest?
