Been nearly 3 months - no trace of gains

I forgot a thing as well. Don’t got a microwave so is it still possible? Should I just cover the rice in warm water?

Another thing I was thinking about was, what about doing manual stretches or even jelqing more than once a day. Maybe take 5 min off while on work or something? :)

It’s just a homemade heating pad once you tie the end of the sock. You don’t want to get the rice wet unless you want to make a new rice sock every single time. The rice stuffed in the sock (or flax seeds as an alternative) just retains heat for a few minutes and as long as the sock isn’t overstuffed, the rice sock can be bent all the way around your penis. I guess you could find a way to warm it in an oven if a microwave isn’t available.

It’s a problem if you don’t have a microwave. Oven might work but keep the temperature very low so you don’t burn your sock.

I benefitted from buying a small cheap ir heating lamp. I also use it throught my sessions.

It’s not necessary by any means if you don’t want to spend money on pe but it heats good.
When I’ll start pumping I will heat the pump with it during the session that’s my evil plan. ;d

I made all my gaines from stretching. Drop your current routine and do nothing but aided vstretches. I gained 1 inch in length in 4 months after jelqing didn’t do Jack.

Are you implementing anything else into your routine ? It’s kind of hard to believe that most of your gains come from just stretching though.
Jelqing definitely gives me bigger hard ons throughout my off days, and rest days to be honest.
