Been jelqing for more a few weeks but not gaining

Hi guys, I found this site a few weeks or probably more than a month ago (can’t remember) and had been jelqing ever since, but I don’t think I’ve gained any :(

My measurement is (4.6 x 4) <——————————————————- sad case guys :(

Here’s how I do it.

I used the O grip jelqing method.

For the first few weeks, I jelqed for about 200 times a session, I just directly warm up my penis in the bathroom while bathing, using warm water and rinsing it.
I tried using a towel to wrap it before but I don’t think it’s warm enough. So I just warm up in the bathroom and jelq. It’s easy and convenient. So is doing this right?
So, after jelqing for a few weeks, I rise to 500 times a day.
And I don’t think I’m gaining. One time when I measured it, I think the measurement even shrunk.
Then yesterday I found out about the jelq stick here but I couldn’t buy any PVC tube nearby so I used two wooden brush’s stick (cutting off the brush heads) and jelq.
By the way, I used it horizontally and later found out that it should be used vertically. I did feel a strong pump though when I’m doing it.
But I’m afraid I will overdo it and it will cause my penis to shrink even more.
So what should I do? Anyone has some good advice or anything? Should I use my jelq sticks and if I do, can I use it horizontally? Should I just continue to jelq using my hands 500 times a day??

I’m really freaking out about the size of my penis. And when I found out that the guys here are even freaking out when their size are already 6-7 inches, it made me more depressed. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?:(

I think you are overworking. Jelq no more than 4 days per week. Don’t use sticks, use your hands. You should also add manual stretches, So take a week off and start again according to these advices. Gains will require a lot of times, not many are able to see gains after the first month or two; of course those who are lucky are also the ones that more easily will post about their gains, that’s why you could think you ar ea desperate case; the same stands for the starting size, most of people who are less than 5” long are lees comfortably posting in public.

I do not know if this will help but I learned a lot from the jelqing videos on the website. When I first started out I was not jelqing with a consistent push and force. I was kind of going through the motions. I would listen to marinera and then when you come back really focus on every session intensely at first. Try to keep a consistent and solid motion forcing blood to flow into the head without letting any back flow. Of course use some caution because you do not want to overdo it at first but after I watched the videos and really started to get serious about my technique I noticed a huge difference in jelqing. Today is my 8th day doing jelq and stretchs, as of yesterday. I started doing just jelq no stretches. I have notic after the exercise my penis is always fuller and longer throuth out the hold day, it doesn’t shrink to it normal size. My routine is warm up then 10-20 jelq reps 60% to 80% erect with every 3 exercise I add 10 reps also 2days on and 1dayoff.

Sounds good. It is less work than most of people do, but better underwork than overwork IMHO. Later on add some stretches though; don’t pull with too much force, that’s a common mistake, a pull at about 5 lbs is a good tension to start with.

As the one responsible for introducing the jelq stick (originally “drum stick”) I must heartily NOT recommend it. Starting out, use your hands. Just your hands. They will get stronger as needed!

When you say later add some stretches do you mean months, weeks or days ? Also I was reading an other where you was talking about the ok jelq is dangerous, so I switch to the v-jelq focus on the side of the penis/ CC. Should I do my stretches before or after my jelq. Dose it really matter?

Do them in the order you like. ‘Later on’ I mean when you feel your penis can stand more work.

I’m new here too so I won’t say much with regards to technique or frequency, but I reckon you should give PE a chance, at least six months. Maybe even a year. That’s what I’m doing, I’m not even going to measure again until my six months are up (beginning of next year). Anyone feel free to correct me if I’m spouting BS.

I think six months is way too long. You have to keep track of your progress and to see what is working and what isn’t, especially when starting out.
