Been jelqing for more a few weeks but not gaining

To is my off day. I notice that my penis is little bigger than it normally was it last the whole day.

A few things I been doing is taking.

This helps with multiple things. For one thing, HGH increases lead to an increase in metabolism. This increase in metabolism makes you able to process food much more quickly, as well as burn off fat cells more efficiently. HGH is also a very critical component in building muscle.

I’m not saying these are magic pills, but it works good along with your exercise.

Ok. I’ll do that. Thanks. Is it true that you can see gains when your penis is soft first, but don’t see gains your erect?

Flaccid size increase seems to be an indication of erect gains to come.

Ok. This might seem unreal, but my unit seem a little longer and thicker than before. Today makes 10days into my routine. I’m just came off my rest day from yesterday.

How many times can I do my routine with in one day?

Just do the newbie routine for a month or two, then measure, if you have gained, keep doing the same routine.

In my opinion the key is to gain with minimal effort, only add exercises, reps, force, weight etc, when you have to. (when you are not gaining anymore with the newbie routine)
