I’ve been going with the newbie routine for two weeks and have questions about LOT and expectations. I have read the site completely and no matter how many times I read the LOT stuff, it doesn’t make sense to me. Here’s why:

First I’m 4.5 NBP (5.0 BP) x 4.3 which is obviously small. My goal is to get to 6.0 NBP in length and 5.0+ girth.
When I do the LOT test, my penis is pulled into my body from 12 to 6, HOWEVER, my full erection angle is 11:30 and if I flex BC it’s 12:00! I have the highest erection angle I’ve ever seen in a porno by far. If I push my penis down it hurts at 9:30 and can’t go further (a problem when she’s on top and BJ’s). This leads me to believe my ligs must be tight as hell, except that the LOT test shows the contrary, so I assume I’m not doing the LOT test right.

Anyway, am I right to assume that my ligs are super tight? If so, I should see some good gains in the first few months right? I’m hoping to get some noticable gains by March.

Also, if anyone reading this started close to my situation, could you tell me how things went the first 3 months.

Erection angle has nothing to do with your LOT since it depends on the shape of your tunica.

You may feel your penis pulled into your body at all angles but your LOT is when you stop seeing you glans move.

Bogart25, welcome to Thunder’s. You did not state your age, but when I was a teen my erection was right against my belly even when I was standing up. Some sexual positions were difficult at first but after about a year of sex we could do any position without any pain for me. So don’t worry, it will work its way loose.

As far as my first few months of PE, I am extremely pleased. Flacid is better, morning wood is back and at full strength, and I am starting to see results in both girth and length. I am a believer in PE and I truely believe we can get to an above average size provided we are dedicated enough to stick with it.

There are guys on this site who started with your size and now have very respectable dicks. Your goal of 6x5 is reasonable and I thing you will get there quicker than you might think. I also think you will not stop there. Take a few minutes to browse the size database for a little encouragement on what the future may bring.

What do all these abbreviations mean? I just started hanging 4 days ago. When I was in high school I remember being 5 3/4. Before I started I was 6 1/4 x 5 1/4 and yesterday I measured and I was 6 3/4 x 5 1/4.

hmmm chomp- for starters I’d advise doing the newbie routine before moving on to the more advanced things like hanging. 1/2 inch in 4 days? quite impressive or quite fishy.

The abbreviations are pretty easy to figure out if you use the search button in the top right of every page. The most important one in this thread is LOT- Loss Of Tugback. check out the link nemisis posted for more on that. as far as NBP and BP those are Non Bone Pressed and Bone Pressed respectively- they are types of measurements.

And yes LOT and erection angle are determined by two different factors as Sparky said.

Lol Thanks. Nah When I measured 6 3/4 I measured right after my hanging session so thats y but I just measured right now before I hang and I’m 6 3/8 x 5 1/2 so not much difference.

By the way I can’t find anything contain what the abbreviations mean.

ahh that makes sense. What abbreviations are you talking about? I thought I covered all of the abbreviations in my previous post.

And on another note- you post your hanging routine anywhere? or is the one you are using posted?

All I do is hang in all directions for 30 min each night. I swing the weight forward and back for about half the time. I used to jelq but I don’t like it much.. This is working great for me and I might add another exercise when I feel I’m ready.

Start the newbie routine and do not worry about your LOT right now. I noticed it was difficult at first to find my LOT, but after 4 weeks of the newbie routine it became easier to find it. While flaccid stand up and pull your dick straight out (9 O’clock), not hard though. Now kegel, you will notice VISUALLY that your end of your dick pulls in a bit. Now go to 8 O’clock, do the same thing. Your LOT is where you don’t SEE the end of your dick VISUALLY pull in.
