Been doing newbie routine

I been doing newbie routine for a month and 2weeks. I notice that my gains had stop. What could I add or do different to keep gains coming?

What is your routine each week?


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Goal NBPEL(7-7.5)xMEG(5.5-6) (journal)

6 weeks isn’t alot of time, initial gains were most likely improved penile health and improved EQ. I think stretching flaccid and kegels are very important along with jelqing in the newbie routine

6 weeks is not much time. If you are measuring too often gains are hard to notice. You should continue with the newbie routine and stay away for the ruler for at least another month. You seem a little anxious. Be careful that you don’t expect so much that you push it and injure yourself.

My routine is 2on & 1off. I have always warm up. I do just jelq no stretches. I been doing this since November 24 2013 to present. I just decided to joint this website later that’s all.
