So I’ve been on the newbie routine for about four months now and I have got a tiny bit of growth. I stopped for about a week and I noticed my flacid size was smaller and my erection quality worse after stopping. My first question is, should I stay with the old routine or kick it up a notch? I only experienced slight soreness in my penis the first week but no other problems at all. About how many jelqs and stretches should I be doing at this point?

I just sometimes get worried about all these stories on here about PE ruining their dick. How do I avoid this? People always say, “don’t do anything stupid”. So my next question is, what would that be for instance? How hard should I squeeze when doing jelqs?

Personally I’d stick with the old newbie routine you were doing it obviously was working since you are seeing results, you haven’t jelqed for very long to be changing it or kicking it up a notch.

I’ve been doing PE for 3 months now. I do 7 minutes of stretching, and 120 Wet Jelqs (7 minutes worth) plus warm up and down. I’m still seeing results. Keep with the Routine, don’t over do it. Rest days are important. :)

How long is your PE session? Do you take some days off?

As far as I know taking a deconditioning break is supposed to be beneficial for your dick since it’s getting its much needed rest— especially after 4 continuous months of PE. I doubt that your poor EQ is a result of you taking a week off; that just seems counter-intuitive.

Poor EQ is often a result of overtraining or other physiological and/or psychological factors. Do you exercise? How’s your blood sugar? Are you going through a stressful event? Etc.

If you gain with it, stick at it. Seek for routine improvements or upgrades only after your gains stop.

If you follow the instructions nothing bad is going to happen. I don’t see how someone can completely “ruin” his dick by following the recommendations.

Doing it the “stupid” way would be something close to this: performing exercises too fast, squeezing too hard, jelqing totally erect, using alot of force to stretch, stretch erect, extreme routines, anxiety to grow fast and so on.

At jelqing you squeeze hard enough to feel the blood moving foward towards the glans. Jelqing at 40 to 60% do not require too much grip pressure and sooner enough you will know how much to do it.
