Been doing newbie routine for a little while, have some questions. Please help?
So I’ve been on the newbie routine for about four months now and I have got a tiny bit of growth. I stopped for about a week and I noticed my flacid size was smaller and my erection quality worse after stopping. My first question is, should I stay with the old routine or kick it up a notch? I only experienced slight soreness in my penis the first week but no other problems at all. About how many jelqs and stretches should I be doing at this point?
I just sometimes get worried about all these stories on here about PE ruining their dick. How do I avoid this? People always say, “don’t do anything stupid”. So my next question is, what would that be for instance? How hard should I squeeze when doing jelqs?
