I figured if I really wanted to get big id put in the effort. I started jelqing a lot in the morning because I’m most horny and do it right after I wake up with morning wood. I then go take a shower and stretch. Later at night I take a shower and stretch and jelq a lot more. This has been helping. 2 days on hard then 2 days only stretching. I just always try to mix it up. Same approach I do lifting weights. I do a workout for a week or two then switch it up. Seems to work good for me. I’m going to do a couple more days then post pictures. I still wanna know if smoking weed is bad for your penis?
