Been at it a month, don't see gains

I’ve been doing 2 days on 1 day off for a month or more.

5 min - warm up
3 sets of 30 sec stretches in each direction (up, down, right, left)
10 min - wet jelq
5 min - warm down

I haven’t seen any results. In fact, when I get completely hard after jelqing and measure, it’s not even any bigger. BTW, it’s 5.5” BPEL x 4.5” EG.

I’ve got to be doing something wrong? As far as I know, I’m doing exactly the same as the jelqing video shows. I lube up, get to about 70% erection, then grip the base with an OK symbol and take 3 seconds to slide a hand from base to glans pushing all the blood up. The glans does kind of flare when I do this. Then I leave it at the glans and do the next hand, repeat.

Part of the problem is my penis is so short it’s hard getting a good grip at the bottom because of the ball skin in the way.

Any tips on jelqing for a small dicked guy?

I think you are doing just fine, keep it going. You are conditioning your dick, for some it takes a little bit longer. When I came back to PE, it took me awhile, but I am taking my time. You have to condition that thins and don’t be in a rush cause patience here has found good gains. Don’t shock your dick trying to find a result, and keep it warm.

One month is not long enough to measure progress IMO. Instead, look at other aspects (to which fellow members have alluded) and things like erection strength, ejaculation volume - do you have good bloodflow during the day - are you doing enough kegels, etc…

Definitely keep at it though - if you don’t see ANY difference after like 5-6 months, then start re-evaluating your routine.

Don’t change to Mem’s routine.

Keep doing the newbie routine. Some people just simply are hard gainers, or it is a case of you slowly learning getting to know how to do it right.

How about your erections? Have they become stronger, healthier, more frequent, has your flaccid increased?

Hey Jiffy,

You’re not doing anything wrong. Don’t you worry. Many months to discoverer your optimum routine yet; hell, look at me: most of my gains came around the 7th month or so.

Maybe you should try jelqing with your palm facing down-wards. Make the OK-sign with the palm facing down-wards and grip the shaft and milk it downwards directly the floor. Same with other hand before previous hand has left penis.

As for your lack of gains. I am at a loss to figure it out; you are doing a very good routine for your first month. My only advice is much like the others: careful scrutiny to your diet (lots of water, protein, fruit), and your life-style (swimming, body-building, running, biking?). Continue with the routine exactly if you are seeing bettered erections and over-all penile health, if not I am at a loss to advise.

Classic newbie worry, not gaining after a month. Don’t worry about it, just keep at what you’re doing. Some people gain after one month, others taker several months.

As for measuring the same after a session, I’ve NEVER measured bigger after a session either - and I’ve gained.

First off lose your attitude.

Secondly, a healthy diet (including protein) helps create a much better setting for growth. Many people on this site have commented on how increasing their protein intake has helped facilitate gains.
