Heheh, like the way you put it.

As opposed to other muscles like the hamstrings that don’t contain muscle tissue? :D

"Al, over the years we've taken roles from one another. People have tried to compare us to one another, to pit us against each other and to tear us apart personally. I've never seen the comparison frankly. I'm clearly much taller, more the leading-man type. Honestly, you just may be the finest actor of our generation - with the possible exception of me." I never knew protein helped with your penis.

I mean I take a lot of protein, like eating chicken, not fried.

4 eggs for breakfast, take out 3 yolk out of 4, and throw in 1 slice of cheese in it, with cereal. All those for breakfast.

How many hours of sleep do I need?

It probably doesn’t. But like most these we try around here, if there is a chance that it may help why the hell wouldn’t you try it ;)

It should be noted that some amino acids have been shown to boost HGH levels in the short term (glutamine).

I personally take a whey protein that contains growth factors for bodybuilding (if it helps my penis I won’t complain).

As far as sleep is concerned, just like PE in general, everyone is different. If you wake up without the help of an alarm clock you are probably getting enough.

I think protein does help! Honestly, when I was doing track in highschool I would stretch to try and touch my feet everyday. One week I drank a whey protein shake everyday and I swear I could touch my feet easilly within a couple of days!!

I might be crazy and ignorant on the subject, but I know the tunica expands and microtears occur, so wouldn’t protein help to repair those microtears more quickly?

Also, in a protein shake there are all these vitamins and minerals and vital ingreidients and I don’t see how this could do anything but help in rejuvination of penis tissue (even if it isn’t muscle tissue).

I will have..: 8.500" x 5.750" x 6.00" My Pics My Progress

Are there any particular characteristics noticeable in a person’s penis which can indicate whether they will be a quick grower or slow grower ?

No. Once you start, you’ll notice a change - or not.

Keep doing the newbie routine. Some people just simply are hard gainers, or it is a case of you slowly learning getting to know how to do it right.

So you are calling people who didn’t gain anything after one month a hard gainer?

Jiffy just keep at it man! Don’t lose heart now.

I wasn’t expecting any gains at all because most members were saying it took them 9 months plus to see any gains, were as it was a real surprise when I got my gains relatively soon. Just change certain aspects of your routine but you don’t want to go to extremes, people get hurt down that road and I’ve read some pretty nasty posts about injury. You know whats too much for you listen to your body if it’s telling you to rest or go-easy for a few days do it this is a long drawn out process and if your determined enough to stay in PE for the long haul you’ll get your gains just keep focused on the job at hand stay away from painful exercises and you wont go far wrong were all novices here really, we don’t know wether we’ll get injured or damaged, but it’s the chance me and many other guys are willing to take.

Get all the information you can find on the methods and exercises you yourself are going to use devour it and then look at the other side look for what could happen if things went wrong and use the posts experienced members have left to help steer you along this blind road were trying to find the other end of.

Take it easy man and good luck with your gains.

While I am on this topic, so far since I’ve started a few weeks ago. I have noticed it’s way easier to control my boners. Like for instance when I’m making out I don’t just pop an uncontrollable woody but I can keep it down. This is a big accomplishment for me because I’ve always had trouble controlling that and end up walking around school trying to hide my pecker.

That’s not really what I meant - I meant that one shouldn’t expect results right away - if they come, great. If not, keep at it.
