I recently started PE hoping to get my dick a little bigger than what it is now. I don’t know my starting size but ill measure tomorrow so I can see my progression. I’ve been doing PE for about 2 weeks now and I’m seeing a little bit more girth and a little bit of length too.
But the problem is that my morning wood and night wood are diminishing. I don’t know if it’s from the exercises or from stress in my life. I try to keep the workout fairly decent.
5 minutes warm up
5-10 minutes of 15-30 second stretches
5 minutes of 10 second stretches in all directions
2 minutes warm down
My routine is nothing hard so I’m guessing it’s from the stress. I’ve recently lost my grandmother to old age, broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years, and had my heart broken by another girl. I’ve also been working 80-90 hour work weeks for the past 3 or 4 months. I’m 21 years old and I’m a personal trainer. I’m in excellent shape and have no health issues. I’m also going to school for sport medicine and am thinking of going for massage therapy.
I have 4% body fat so there won’t be any size gained from losing weight. I have an 8 pack so there is really almost no fat to hide my dick. My goal is to have a 9x6 but I’m sure that will take quite some time. I’ve never measured myself so I really have no idea how big I am.
Right now I’m doing my routine 2 days on, one day off. Ill stick to it until I see no more gains and then ill do something different. I’m taking magna rx for erection health and about 5 grams of L-arginine along with about 10 grams of L-glutamine, a multivitamin, a nitric oxide complex, 60-90mg of zinc from ZMA, and DHEA every day.
Ill measure tomorrow to see where my starting point is.
