I recently started PE hoping to get my dick a little bigger than what it is now. I don’t know my starting size but ill measure tomorrow so I can see my progression. I’ve been doing PE for about 2 weeks now and I’m seeing a little bit more girth and a little bit of length too.

But the problem is that my morning wood and night wood are diminishing. I don’t know if it’s from the exercises or from stress in my life. I try to keep the workout fairly decent.
5 minutes warm up
5-10 minutes of 15-30 second stretches
60 jelqs
5 minutes of 10 second stretches in all directions
40 jelqs
2 minutes warm down

My routine is nothing hard so I’m guessing it’s from the stress. I’ve recently lost my grandmother to old age, broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years, and had my heart broken by another girl. I’ve also been working 80-90 hour work weeks for the past 3 or 4 months. I’m 21 years old and I’m a personal trainer. I’m in excellent shape and have no health issues. I’m also going to school for sport medicine and am thinking of going for massage therapy.

I have 4% body fat so there won’t be any size gained from losing weight. I have an 8 pack so there is really almost no fat to hide my dick. My goal is to have a 9x6 but I’m sure that will take quite some time. I’ve never measured myself so I really have no idea how big I am.

Right now I’m doing my routine 2 days on, one day off. Ill stick to it until I see no more gains and then ill do something different. I’m taking magna rx for erection health and about 5 grams of L-arginine along with about 10 grams of L-glutamine, a multivitamin, a nitric oxide complex, 60-90mg of zinc from ZMA, and DHEA every day.

Ill measure tomorrow to see where my starting point is.
Any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I would imagine that if you are stressed, then taking all the items you are dosing your self with could have a negative effect.

So far as I knowe arginine breaks down to Nitric oxide. Arginine also has a history of causing some problems when it is breaking down. So your intake of nitric oxide renders the arginie unnecessary to some extent. It might be worthwhile giving up the arginine to see if that helps..

Certainly loss of morning/night wood can be attributed to stress, But is not a health indicator. If your erections are normal for sex, and if/when you masturbate Then there is not too much to worry about. But you could try easing down the exercises for a while until you have recovered from the strees.

Stress is a difficult condition to ‘cure’ . So it is probably best to give it a bit of time to overcome.

My dick feels really good today. Not sore at all which is surprising because yesterday I was a little sore before I did my routine. Strange how that works sometimes. Would I be over-doing it if I did my routine today too? It feels like I took yesterday off even though I didnt.

How often should I measure my progress?

I’d suggest only measuring about once a month or so. OR at least.. Only take considerable measurements monthly. Measure whenever you want for fun, but keep the times you measure consistent. I’m going to measure on the 1st of every Month. That way, I give a consistent time span, and it’ll allow me to record my gains accurately. :D

Why are you taking DHEA if you’re 21? Does it make much of a difference?

No it doesn’t make much of a difference at all. It’s my first time taking it. I wanted to see if it would have much of an effect but it doesn’t so as soon as the bottle runs out ill stop taking it.

Yeah, I’d say maybe if you were 40 or 50, but at our age DHEA is almost at peak, so I wouldn’t think there’d be much of a benefit.

I’m getting a lot of PIs even though my routine is so easy. I’m focusing on the quality a lot and not just running through the routine. I’ve been reading into PE a lot recently. I want to increase the intensity but I know I should probably wait until I stop gaining at low levels of training.

How long after I stop seeing gains should I switch my routine? And should I take any extended amount of time rest (like a week) after I stop seeing results from my routine?

What do you mean about doing anything for me? In terms of muscular contractions, yes it has helped, therefore it has made me a little stronger.

The main reason I’m taking it is for sexual performance reasons though. Zinc is supposed to give you bigger loads so I wanted to experiment with it and with arginine (which also helps with muscular contractions) and see how much of an effect they have.

What are your fitness goals?

I’m almost recovered from my shoulder injury (no tear just a chronic overuse type of thing… really annoying), so I’ll be getting back to full-time lifting and so goal #1 is to put back on the weight/muscle that I lost from not being able to lift normally. Other than that, just picking up where I left off - increasing my lifts and putting on more and more muscle.

I still supplement protein and take orange triad and fish oil. When I resume lifting normally I’ll get back on creatine.

If you’re recovering from the injury I would suggest you take some glutamine and carnitine along with cla and co q10. That should help heal faster. Is your injury in the tendon, ligaments, muscle or joint?

I’ve been able to stay hard(just as hard) after ejaculating ever since I started PE. Is this a normal thing? I’ve also been able to squirt 5 to 7 times every time I cum which is a huge improvement from barely being able to do it once or twice. My dick feels great right now. Never had such hard boners before.

I took 2 days break and today was my first day back. I added a new stretch to my routine. I get as hard of an erection as I can and push my dick downwards to stretch my ligs. I also do kegels while doing the stretches to maintain the erection at 100%. Anyone have any input on this? Is it a bad idea?

Yes, is a very bad idea. You should never stretch your penis when erect, if you don’t want to break your TA.

You are having improvements: be graceful to God and don’t change a thing!

Ill be sure to stop those stretches.
