How much sleep are you getting? Last summer I was doing PE but averaging 5 hours of sleep a night and working 80 hour weeks. I rarely got morning wood, and that was my only negative PI. I chalked it up to not having enough rest, and being stressed, to kill the morning wood.

I get about 5 to 7 hours of sleep a day. Does sleep have a big impact on penis health?

Sleep impact everything. Just to say one thing: your Growth Hormone peaks while sleeping.

I’ve been fairly consistent with my exercises and have seen some good results. Ill be measuring tomorrow. I’m not hoping for anything too impressive but I’m curious to see how much I’ve gained. My flacid length and girth has definitely increased and my EQ has also increased. It also seems that my libido has gone up(or at least back to normal).

I’m starting to get a feel for how I’m supposed to exercise and how each exercise should feel. I’ve switched my routine a little from what it was before. I’ve switched to doing stretches for 60 seconds. I’m still trying to figure out how to judge the erection percentage for the jelqs. I keep it fairly low to avoid overworking it. I would guess it’s around 40% erect when I do them but I’m not sure.

My routine now is:

5 minute warmup in shower. I massage and lightly stretch my dick to avoid tugback while doing the actual stretches.
60 second stretches 6 times. Twice SD, twice SO, and once to each side.
100 jelqs for 3-4 seconds each with moderate pressure.
60 second stretches 4 times. Twice SD and once to each side.
2 minute cool down under cold running water. I do 2 60 second stretches while cooling down.

I keep my dick under warm running water the whole time I do my exercises up until the last 4 stretches before I cool down.

I found that cooling down allows my flacid length to be longer for a longer period of time then when I warm down. I also started getting more sleep so I can recover better. I also try to do my exercises after I work out so that I get higher HGH levels for recovery. Right now I’m doing 3 days on and 1 or 2 days off, depending on the PIs.

I’m also reading a lot into PE, trying to gain as much knowledge as I can. I’ve noticed there are a lot of theories about how the dick gets bigger.

I’ve been thinking of getting a pump and pumping for 10 minutes at a time at very low pressures once my dick is conditioned enough for it. I just don’t know how long from now that will be. I guess ill wait until I stop seeing results with my routine until that happens. I definitely don’t want to overwork my dick and end up with an injury or toughening my ligs or tunica and stop my growth.

Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated.

Update:

It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gained any size. My EQ is great and my flacid length looks longer but there hasn’t been any erect length or girth increase..

I’m starting to think that I’m not applying enough pressure to my routine. I don’t get sore, just a little tender sometimes but not every time.

They say flaccid growth happens faster than erect. If you look at my stats my flaccid growth was fast, and got pretty big pretty fast. But I became more of a shower than a grower. 100 jelqs at (let’s be optimistic) 4 seconds a stroke is only 6 minutes of jelq time. Most people do 20 minutes. I think it’s better to go on elapsed time than a number of jelqs. You definitely need to raise the time you spend jelqing. I think jelqing is grossly underrated here, with everyone wanting to jump to hanging and clamping immediately. But if you look at guys like kingpole, they have accomplished a huge amount with only manual exercises.

Start doing 10 minutes of stretches. Just raise the stretches to 1.5 minutes. Then do 20 minutes of jelqs, ranging from 3 second to 5 second strokes, and also you can vary your erection %. I do about 50% erect for the first 6 minutes, and then ramp it up to about 75-80% at the end.

Well I found out that that’s a little too much for me right now. I did 30 minutes of stretches and about 6 hours later I did 30 minutes of jelqing. That night I had no night wood or morning wood and my EQ went down a little.

Ill try 20 minutes of each and see how that works. Hopefully it will be the right amount to stimulate growth.

ive been doing 20 minutes of jelqing and it seems like the right amount of time. i havent done any stretching though. i had to stop early today though because i got a couple big red spots on the skin from bursting a couple of veins. my EQ came back and ive been having good night wood, good morning wood, and today i took a nap and had a good erection going at that time too.

I’ve taken a week and a half break because I got a little carried away with PE and got some negative PIs. I haven’t lost any size so im happy bout that. I want to try a jelqing routine and get ADS. Hopefully that will work for me.

I really need to stick to my routine more consistently. Ive definately gained some length with a half assed attempt at PE so i really want to see how much i can gain if i stick to it. MY BPEL is a hair away from 7” now which makes me happy.

I’ve been pretty consistent with my routine or a little while now, and have noticed definite gains. I recently moved so my commute to work and back is 30 minutes each way, so I drive a total of at least 2 hours a day since I go home for lunch. I put that time to good use now and exercise in the car. It is actually very discreet since I work in a gym and wear gym shorts. I just roll up one of the short legs and do stretches and jelques as I drive. Most of the driving is on the interstate so its fairly easy to multitask with no stop lights.

My current routine is stretches and jelques for 30 minutes, 4 times a day. I’ve also increased the amount of kegels I do every day, and have noticed a fairly big difference in EQ. I also edge at least 3 times a week for about 1 hour each time. I plan on keeping with manual exercises until I stop seeing results.
