Thanks Ray! The question is getting so damn old!

I don’t recommend Bathmate pumps, because of the lack of a gauge. Pumping without a pressure gauge makes pumping far more dangerous than it should be.

Also, having an accurate gauge will make gaining easier, because you can control the exact amount of pressure you want to use.

Having a gauge makes it easier to see what you vacuum level is. That is all. A pump with a gauge is not functionally different than any other pump. There is a maximum vacuum level that can be reached with a Bathmate, it is dictated by the bellows. I think it is about 11hg. Water, being a liquid, does not compress the way air in an air pump does. I have 2 Bathmates, have used them extensively, gaining an half inch in girth that is permanent, and I feel like you would have to be ignoring what is happening in the pump, or totally abandon common sense, to injure yourself with a Bathmate. As a dude who has gained with one of these pumps, I get a bit tired of posts bad mouthing them. Especially the idea they are dangerous. I bet far more people have injured themselves with air pumps. A gauge is no substitute for common sense. Air pumps are quite a bit cheaper and less of a mess/headache than a water pump. I think that’s the contrast to really look at. I got an awesome flared base LeLuv cylinder, quick-connect, hose and brake bleeder pump, all for about $70. I can’t even remember how much my x40 was, but it seems like it was a couple hundred bucks. That was a couple years ago. Who knows what they want for the new equivalent.

I do not pick a bone with Bathmate on the gauge.

The complexity of it, for the price and the inflated marketing value via banner ads across every other forum and porn site?

That is my issue. Expensive, not newbie friendly and not intuitive.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

That is a fair critique. They now sell a “hydroextreme” version, a mere $350, and that has a pump bulb, which kind of gets around the limiting effect of the bellows. I feel like that is pretty scary, but I watched a video of a guy trying to pump water out of the BM after the bellows were in a state of complete compression, and that bulb squeezed out one bulb’s worth of water, and then the bulb stayed collapsed/compressed too. So it definitely was not a situation where a person could pump water out with no limit, the way one can pump, in theory, up well beyond 15hg in an air pump.
edit point: Just for the sake of being found liable for user’s injuries, it really makes sense that the manufacturers of the Bathmate would stay within some sort of boundaries vacuum-level wise. Wish I could remember where I saw that video now. It was kind of funny watching the excited user get one pump out of that bulb, and then try to get it to pop back open so he could get another hg or two out of it. Remember kids, it’s not a flaw, it’s a feature!!

So model like idro7 or hydromax aren’t good for the dimensions and too danger?

I agree that at the beginning it may seem excessive and unnecessarily expensive but I want to buy it maybe after 2-3 years of PE when the results were scarce to arrive to give an extra boost

All I can say is that for me, a gauge is CRITICAL for having success in penis pumping. You probably have a point with the safety concern being overblown, but from my experience, a gauge also helps to maximize gains by targeting specific vacuum pressures over a timeframe. If my equipment never had a gauge, I don’t think I would have been nearly as successful in pumping.

Something like this would be ideal for a starting pump kit I think. But you have to make sure you get the right size cylinder. What are your measurements?

A 2x9 inch cylinder would be best for you.
