Bathmate update / noobie pumping routine?

Posted here a few days ago about considering buying a bathmate.

Long story short I found a site that sold sex toys at wholesale prices (not the site I asked about yesterday,) and picked up the x40 for just under $150 (about $50 cheaper than on bathmates site) and ordered one literally yesterday. IT SHOWED UP TODAY. I happened to be a state away from the distributor so I guess it was a right place right time thing but still, what a time to be alive that I order a pump online and get it the next day hahahhahaha

I put it through a test run in the shower and have it pretty well figured out and managed to get a good seal after a few tries but I’m going to try it in a bath at some point because I’ve heard the seal is noticeably better.

Anyway, my question is what’s a good way to incorporate this into a routine?

My general routine is as follows:

Warm up with a hot wrap
Stretch - 10 mins
150 Jelqs (50x3)
15 plump bends (5x3)
15 horse 440’s (5x3)
Warm down with a hot wrap

(General input on this routine is also appreciated)

As far as the pump, would it be better to do a full routine and then pump, use it somewhere in the middle, or use it on completely different days as my routine?

You’re doing a lot of exercises for a new guy. That said, I’d use warm water in the Bathmate for your five minute warm up. I’d stretch for five minutes, do your 150 jelqs, drop the bends and most definitely the horse 440s, and use the BM for ten minutes to finish your routine. Then I suppose some edging for 20 minutes. I’d do this routine two days on, and one day off. See how that works. As I said, you are already doing too much in your workout, so drop your last couple exercises and keep your pumping to ten minutes a session, gradually adding a couple minutes to your time in the BM every week or two.

Ray thanks for the tips. I have about 2-3 years of PE under my belt I just haven’t had an account for this place until recently. I noticed some decent returns in girth once I started incorporating the bends and horse 440s and gradually worked up to 3 sets of 5 but I think you’re right as far as stopping now that the bathmate is involved. I wrote the routine you recommended down and I’ll post an update after a few weeks.

Oh, OK, I thought you were saying noobie as in new to PE, and if a person was new, they would likely be spending more time and effort than is necessary to get gains with bends and horse 440s. Heck, horse 440s are not a beginner move, at all. I started out using my Bathmate for about ten minutes at a time, and moved pretty quickly to 20 minutes. If you have experience with PE you can definitely tell if you are overdoing it.
