Hi there

Just started a new routine that i think might be a good one. And it save you from wasting time with the warmup/down.

This is what I do: 10min bathmate, 10 min. dry jelqs, 10 min bathmate. ( 10-15 min. manuel stretching, but only ocasinaly, caus i have given up lenght gains at the moment). 5days/week

Anybody that have tried this with results before?


I`m on the verge of something bigger

I did that for a good 6 months and had good gains. I got lenght and girth but more girth. Maybe its too late for you. But what were your results?
