I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I have been doing PE on and off for like three months. This all is pretty confusing. I apparently have the ‘steel cord’, so I started a new routine 9 days ago. 5~minute warmup, 7~minute jelq, 2x45~second downward stretch, 4x90~second reverse V stretch (That’s the one when you use your wrist as a fulcrum, right?). The first two days, my shamlamdoobily loved it. It hanged nicely all day, felt full and buff. But now I don’t see that at all, which is extremely frustrating. I don’t want to toughen up and ruin PE for myself.

When stretching you need to ‘feel’ your way into the stretch; it’s the best way to stretch effectively without doing it harder than you need to. Give this a read for the way I do it: firegoat - Length Gains


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hi firegoat, I’m a newbie, you know. Here we are talking about basics.

I would like to point out a phrase that helps me in my path beginner. It is a philosophical concept, not a technical, but it helps me a lot to understand. I read it reading this forum. I think it’s important. I read from Mr gprent. It says:

“The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.”

I hope you will agree.

Although being a new member here I have always only PE jelq/stretch so this was a good reminder of the pros and cons of clamping! I wanting to gain some girth so I clamped a few times but didn’t realize how length gains would be compromised. No more clamping till I hit my length goals.. Thanks guys

How often do you get red spots? Mine only lasted for the first week and havent had them since. Concerns me that I’m not doing such a great job. I have kept the same routine. 10 minute warm up. 5 minute stretches. 10 minute jelq at 70%. 10 minute warm down. Should I jelq longer? If I jelq at a higher % my head is in a lot of pain after about a minute. Thanks!

It’s wise to stay pain free.

Personally, I quickly stopped warming up before my sessions because it was so much trouble. What do you find is the simplest and/or most discrete way to warm-up. Do you think doing some cardio would do the trick or you need the really warm up the penis specifically?

You have to raise the temperature of the collagenous tissue of the penis directly. Cardio will do nothing. An infrared heat lamp is by far the simplest way to heat it. The most discrete way is to just decide you really like taking a hot-water bottle to bed with you, and use that to warm up! Rubber ones are very cheap on Amazon etc, and work very well.
