Hello everyone.

I just started my journey with PE. My main goal would be to increase length (as far as I’m concerned, girth is fine), although I’m following the basic newbie routine anyway (which could allegedly increase girth too) since I don’t feel like reinventing the wheel or customizing it for myself. For now, anyway.

At any rate, I’ve been doing stretches and stuff for just 3 days now, and like most people I’m not really sure if I’m doing things right.

First of all, during stretching I’m really not sure what I’m doing. The first problem that I have is that, well, my penis is not that big lol As a consequence, “grab one inch under the glans and pull” would basically mean excavating into my pelvis to get the recommended grip. In other words, there isn’t this “inch below the glans” to grab for me, so I end up pulling from wherever I can under the glans and above the base. Now, I assume this is fine (gotta adjust to your own anatomy I guess), but that brings me to the first actual question: how is it supposed to feel when you stretch?

The thing is, when I stretch upward I barely feel anything. When I stretch down, left/right (bottom left/right), I feel something, but I think it’s mostly skin being pulled, and not really much on a deeper level (I’m not sure I feel the ligaments stretching all that much). As a proof of that, if I change my abdomen position (crouched vs standing straight), the stretch feels tighter when I’m standing straight, which is due to skin being stretched even further. Is this how it’s supposed to feel?

Also, the “behind the cheeks” stretch seems to be more effective than the other stretches in my case, particularly (again) when I stand up with straight torso, though it might just be additional skin stretch and not any additional ligament stretch that I’m feeling. Either way, while doing it yesterday I tried to push myself a bit more than the previous sessions, and ended up with a small ruptured capillary on the dorsal part of the penis’ skin (the result is a completely painless “purple stain” in the skin, which will disappear after a few days when blood is reabsorbed). I’m not concerned about it since I know it’s nothing important, although it does bring up the question (again) of course: am I just stretching skin, or I’m on the right track with what I’m doing? Because I’m definitely sure I’m stretching the skin quite a lot with each and every stretch, but whether or not this is also working the ligaments is something I do not know.

Are you warming up? It should help to give you a little extra to work with without giving you a hard on. Also you could try jelqing before you stretch. That way your penis is a little fuller with a longer hanging flaccid when you go to stretch. Just make sure your erection has 100% subsided before doing any stretching. Once you get a few stretches into a session you will find your flaccid will be hang a little better, giving you an easier time to get a grip, so to speak.

Stick with the newbie routine. You will see results in time. Above all. Keep with it. Be consistent. Stay focused and stay patient.

If you’re uncut like me, you may have to roll back the foreskin if you haven’t already. Otherwise you’ll just be pulling skin. It requires a stronger grip too, but that’s the way I do it. I also grab just behind the glans, not a few cm behind it. Finally you can try to heat it up, pull it out a little and wrap the shaft/fix the retracted foreskin. This will give you a little more grip because the surface is now dry and a little rougher.

I use to try grabbing behind the glans but I found it put too much strain on that and the foreskin just under it, so I have to do it a few cm behind.

I am “uncut” actually, yes; I’ll try pulling the skin before the stretches and see if that helps.
I am sticking to the newbie routine, following it as closely as possible. That also means I’m warming up (hopefully the right way). Rather than a warm cloth, which dissipates heat too quickly in my experience (the water temperature isn’t all that hot to begin with), I found that “dipping” my little toy into a small basin bucket filled with hot water results into much direct, and therefore warm, heat radiation.

Off-topic, but speaking of jelqing, I have the same problem that I have with stretching: my penis is just not big enough to do any significant motion, at least not the way it’s described. I mean, I appreciate all the time and effort put by people that made videos, took pictures to draw up some “tutorials”, but all of those guys are sort of hung already, and there is “raw material to work with” in their cases. In my case, if I jelq mostly erect (which the more I read, the more it seems like a bad idea) there is already very little room to work it. If I were to jelq at, say, around 50% length, between the size of my glans (which should stay out of the jelq from what I’ve understood), and the size of my “OK” fingers (they are not too big or fat, just average), I basically can’t do any motion whatsoever. I thought I had the jelqing part down at least, but as I just said, the more I read the more I think I’m lucky to have read those things early on, because most reports seem to agree that jelqing erect is an overall bad idea which can even lead to shrinkage. So I’m really not sure how “average people” (like me; I’m at the lowest acceptable numbers for “average length”) do it — it’s just mathematically not possible, there aren’t enough cm lol

I am curious about how everybody else stretches, this is something I’ve had problems with too and maybe even a slight injury from it. When you stretch are you suppose to be erect at all or is stretching for a completely flaccid penis?
