Hi guys, I have small base of the penis. Can somebody help me how to increase girth at the base of my penis. My girth is around 3.7-3.9” at the base and 4.2-4.4” at the middle of my penis.

What does your routine look like now?

Almost 2 months now, its was my natural size and I just want make it bigger. I don’t have any kind of injury I guess.. My erection is good.

Based on what I have read not experienced (my base is thicker than rest), bundled stretches may be the best way to increase base and probably mid-shaft girth as well. Essentially the area of your penis that is being twisted should be targeting for girth increases. This is unquestionably an advanced exercise so you should go slow if you are only a few months in. If you want to increase the base only you might try to use a hanger attached mid-shaft and hang straight out bundled (twisted). Mandingo stretch (search it there are pictures) is another option to consider with your grip mid-shaft as well.


Start 4/25/16 at 5.75 NBPEL, 7 BPEL, 5.25 MEG - 6/7/16 6.2 NBP, 7.3 BPEL, 5.3 MEG - 1st Goal is 7 NBP and 5.5 MEG by end of 2016

Depending on your length, base girth may or may not matter all too much.

Could you go into detail? I have decent length 7.25 to 7.5”bpel .. and I think a bigger base girth would be better, currently 4.6 to 4.75” at base… a bigger base girth of like 5.25” would be good.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

7.5x4.2 damn that thing must look long :D . Pictures would be interesting (also good for before-after comparison so you can actually appreciate the difference. I never took starting pics and don’t really see myself that much bigger).

Hanging is known to be beneficial for base girth but you’re probably not conditioned enough for that and I guess you don’t want anymore length at the moment anyway.

I don’t know, perhaps it beats the ligaments and they need time to heal.

But keep in mind what is excessive to me may be normal to you etc.
