Hi guys,

I’m wondering if there are any PE exercise that aim to improve penis girth at the base.

I feel that all jelqs based techniques just stress the upper part and searching around the forum the only answer I found was hanging.. That scary me a bit as I am a Newbie. However, for the sake of knowledge, I would like to know if there is any alternative solution for gaining base girth.

Bathmate Hydromax works for base girth.

I find that mine really focuses on that area.

I am new like you (less than two weeks), but I can feel a difference in girth since I started using my Hydromax.


Start: BPEL (02/18/2018): BPEL: 7" / NBPEL: 5.5" / BEG: 5" / MEG: 4.50" / TEG: 4" / NBPFL: 4" / FG 4"

Current (05/17/2018): BPEL 7" / NBPEL: 6" / BEG: 5" / MEG: 4.50" / TEG: 4.25" / NBPFL: 4.5" / FG 4"

Long Term Goal: BPEL: 7.5" / NBPEL: 7" (Need to loose some weight) / BEG: 6" / MEG 6" / NBPFL: 5.5" / FG: 4.5"

Not yet. I’ve just done my first month of regular exercise and I’m quite happy with my improved EQ and maybe something is moving in length, but it to soon to say..

However, since one week I’m slightly modifying the basic routine suggested to newbie. I recently read a couple of post from marinera and firegoat that were enlightening on how to do an effective stretching. On the other hand I’m studying squeezed jelqs

I should have led off with the obligatory…do the newbie routine first. Because these bathmate and Penomet pumps will rip your pecker off if you are not conditioned. I used the Penomet But have since switched to cylinders with an air gauge for longer sessions and Safety..

The bathmate got my base girth from 5 1/2” to 6 5/8” in 3 months. It gets to be 7” after a pump session.

I like that veteran as you are so concerned about newbie safety. SAFETY FIRST! I won’t attempt any advanced routine before time is come. I was making questions to build up more PE knowledge. I personally believe that the more you study and understand PE technique the better you are going to perform.. Don’t worry :) and thanks for your answer!

Thats why we’re all here. I couldn’t have my gains without the knowledge i got here. And I’d love to see everyone Make the gains they want.
