Simple question where do you measure base girth
Behind your balls or before ??

Ironically I measured my base girth today, at 5.75”, but if I was to use that for girth, I think it would be highly decieving. Definitely measure before your balls though, if you really must know what the base is.

When they talk about going “balls deep” during sex, it generally means stopping short of actually including the balls in insertion.

So, yes, in front of the balls, not behind the balls.
