Base girth exercises
My base girth is slightly smaller - 3mm than my mid shaft and above girth and I have read various threads but was hoping to find a kind of summary here. I have read that hanging and pumping works, but I want to avoid these really. Other suggestions were horse 440, localized jelqs(base jelqs) and reverse jelqs. Can anyone who has tried these and seen an improvement in the base area please let me know what worked best for them? Thanks.
