My base girth is slightly smaller - 3mm than my mid shaft and above girth and I have read various threads but was hoping to find a kind of summary here. I have read that hanging and pumping works, but I want to avoid these really. Other suggestions were horse 440, localized jelqs(base jelqs) and reverse jelqs. Can anyone who has tried these and seen an improvement in the base area please let me know what worked best for them? Thanks.

Hanging, clamping, pumping and Horse 440 squeezes seem to be the popular opinion on base girth. You can find a ton of threads on the subject by doing an advanced search and selecting “search titles only” with the keywords “base girth”.

No it won’t. If you still aren’t convinced, you can also do them without holding the base.

Definitely try hanging. That will give you base girth.

I do an exercise intended to generally strengthen the area around my base and make the base of my cock sturdier for fucking. A lot of guys probably do the same thing or something similar.

To get started, I:

— get an erection;
— then cup the head of my cock in the palm of my hand;
— then hook my fingers around the glans, so there’s a secure, but not overly tight grip.

Then I just rhythmically pull out and push in, sort of pistoning the whole erection up and down, usually with strokes that last about one to three or four seconds each. I don’t do it very forcefully at all, just enough to feel my whole package move as I stroke.

If it’s at all painful, I’m doing it too hard. The cock shouldn’t bend or mash into your abdomen. If you experiment a little you’ll find that by doing this sitting down with your legs spread a bit you can probably get two inches of play between the pull up and the push down. I like how it warms up the whole package from fat pad to perineum.

I do that from a few minutes to 15 or 20 minutes on weekend nights when I do my long sessions.

I hang, clamp, jelq and horse, so it’s hard to say how much this exercise contributes to my base girth, but I do have a nice wide base with a good curve from my abdomen to the shaft.

I don’t understand how hanging yields base girth growth. Can anyone enlighten me?

Maybe your internal dick is thicker. Or maybe the stress on it makes your body respond by making it thicker.

I used to do them without the holding at the base part. Just got a 100% erection and pushed the blood slowly from the glans into the shaft. It got similar results as a “regular” horse.

I noticed from clamping that the area UNDER the clamps is expanding faster than the rest of my dick. This is the exact opposite as I would have expected. Other people noticed this as well.

This got me thinking about trees. Have you ever seen a tree that had a rope or wire tied around it years before? The tree grows around it and that whole area is larger than the rest of the tree. I’m wondering if this same logic is holding with the clamping.

To test this, I’m wearing an O-ring at the base of my cock nearly every day, the entire day. You might try the same thing and test this theory if your looking to expand the base.

As far as I heard, horse pushes the blood in glans and trap the blood in the shaft. How it is possible to trap the blood in your shaft if you don’t restrict the outflow.

I’ve noticed that too about gaining the most girth where you clamp. I’m tempted to put clamps all the way up my dick and just kegel.
