I’ve been doing the newbie routine minus the stretching, and I’ve noticed a certain inner soreness/discomfort at the base on the right side of my unit. It sort of radiates up the shaft, as well.
I notice it more as my penis fills up with blood as I am getting an erection.
I do 10 minutes of jelqing 2 days 2 days off. And of course I use heat. I jelq with moderate intensity, and sort of modified the jelq over the last few months. I start the stroke by gripping at the base and holding for 2 seconds to see the expansion. Then continue the stroke to just before the glans for another 3 seconds. Re-grip and so on, and so on.
I do this because if I don’t secure a grip I see no expansion from the start of my stroke.
If anyone can tell me whether or not this discomfort I’m feeling is an indicator or me doing everything right, or too much, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks,
