Balls That Swing

I happen to be one of those guys who has a “high rider” right testicle. I have started some gentle but firm stretches and have been pleased with the results. I was wondering if any threads on this site have explored the benefits of “Balls That Swing?” If not, does anyone incorporate testicle tugging or scrotum tugging in PE routines?
