Balls Stretch anyone

Is there a proven routine to stretch the balls skin so your nutts hang lower?

just a few of about 50 found in a few seconds searching for ‘ball* stretch*’.

I just grab above the nuts and tug downward for about 5 minutes. I did that at least 2 times a day 7 days a week for a year. There is some noticeable difference. They are not super low hangers yet but at least they are not tight up against my body like before.

Oh and I would like to add some people think this is dangerous. I have been married 10 years my wife didn’t get pregnant until after I started nut pulling. I had been doing the nut pulling off and on for about 3 years. The one year I did it consistently I was away from my wife. When I got back home I got her pregnant. So that is 1 miscarriage and 2 births after nutpulling

I often grab around the top of the scrotum above the balls and tug down with one hand as I do a static upward stretch of the penis with the other. Sometimes I also stroke firmly downward on the skin of the underside of the shaft as I do a straight up static stretch.

After my showers I simply stretch my ball skin out for a couple of minutes and that seems to make my balls hang a little lower after about a month.

Wow if its gets women pregnant then we know it must be REALLY DANGEROUS.
