Balls and skin stretch

Hi guys
I’m just starting PE and I’ve noticed that right now my skin is the limiting factor.
Any jelqing just pulls the shaft/balls skin now because the penis skin is so tight (I’m cut), I’m starting to get a turkey neck:(

I’ve found this exercise for stretching the skin:

If you see the skin that’s being stretched in the picture, from the balls to the penis. That’s what I feel is limiting me
Stretching it is painful and there is a slight “tearing” sensation.

Any tips on how to stretch the penis skin effectively and with less pain/discomfort?

Do you guys recommend a weight for ball skin stretch as seen in the link?

Are you using a lubricant when jelqing?

Sometimes - not in dry jelq

But even with lube the skin is stretching very hard

That’s strange. With dry jelqs the skin shouldn’t stretch at all. I guess you should work on technique or change lubricant (or use more of it).

Marinera is right. It is strange. Maybe you should work on technique like he said.

Tough, I feel like the skin is the limiting factor. In full engorged erection my ball skin (with the hair) comes over the shaft

In dry jelqs the skin should slide on the shaft, like it was a lubricant. You should begin the stroke grabbing the penis 1-2” above the base, with just enough force to make the skin slide, then move down toward the pubis and far as you can, at this point tightent the grip and move the hand toward the glans.

Nobody could say it better.

Marinera hit the nail on the head there - it’s the perfect dry jelq technique, especially for beginners. The exercise picture you found looks painful and dangerous. If you’re lucky you’ll just strain a ligament, if you are unlucky you will hurt your testicles or sperm ducts.

If you feel that that piece of skin holds you back (between front of scrotum and base of penis) you want to apply heat before you jelq. Warmth relaxes the cremaster muscle, and makes the balls hang loose, in turn giving you more stretch.

Take a good nutrition, it may help to stretch more.
