Ballpain normal

Is it normal to got some pain in balls when PE? My balls don´t ache at all when not doing PE but when doing gegels and jelqing at the same time the is some minor pain or at least “a feeling” that isn´t too comfortable.

What causes this pain?

I had that same feeling and I’m still checking out what it is exactly. I suggest that you stop PE and see if the pain goes away. If it gets any worse, get it checked out. Keep an eye on it now that you’ve noticed something in that area. Is it the left testicle?

Yes in78, it is left testicle and I am right handed. Do you think there is some connection? I am pretty sure it´s from PE cos´when having a day or two off there isn´t any feeling when jacking off. Maybe this is due too hard jelqing. I try to use little less volume on my jelqing.

I also don´t always warm down. I am not sure why one should warm down after PE. That is understandable when training muscles but only bonemuscle you train in PE is PC muscle and how can you warm down PC muscle? If there is a thread from theory of warming down, let me know.

It’s probably the result of doing the kegal and jelqing at the same time. You must remember that you are training the muscles when keegalling, and jelqing may be pulling the already stretched penis in another direction. So it might help if you ease off some of the ‘pressure’ when you are doing both of those routines.

Cut it down by a quarter of the energy , andsee if that eases it. Or. it may just mean you hve to do them separately.
