Ballooning: way better than edging!
I’m not sure if I understood completely how to balloon, but if I did, and if I performed it correctly, it’s way better than edging!
From what I read (I had to do some extensive research), four main things are different in ballooning, namely:
1) You stimulate non trigger areas, meaning: not the urethra, the frenulum or that soft spot on the ventral side of the glans. You should stimulate the base of the penis, the sides of the shaft, or my favourite: the tip of the glans (near the meatus or the meatus directly). You can stimulate them in various ways, I personally like circular motions or soft rubbing.
2) You do not kegel (contract the BC muscle).
3) To avoid cuming, you have to pucker your anus (I’m not sure what puckering actually means, but I learned that it’s when you contract the muscles you would normally use to fart… odd, I know, but it works). Stroking slower also helps.
4) To avoid cuming, you have to pace down your breathing, breath deeply in and out through the mouth (making sure your belly expands) and you have to “re-distribute” your sexual energy.
I’m not sure about that last redistributing part, I think I haven’t quite gotten there, but the other elements work great.
I now know why it’s actually called ballooning: when you’re near cuming, your glans actually inflates like a balloon and your erection looks slightly bigger. With the stimulation of non-trigger areas, you maintain that near-orgasm state for an extended period of time. Very interesting and very enjoyable.
I just enjoyed 15 minutes of ballooning. I didn’t cum and the 10 minutes that came after I stopped ballooning, my penis felt like it was about to cum the whole time, with no stimulation whatsoever, not even a hard-on! I didn’t have any dry orgasms, as many other here claim to have, but then again, 15 minutes isn’t a long while. Maybe I should balloon for 30 minutes or more. Nevermind, I’ll get there.
I’m hoping I’m on the right track here and I also hope this helps other people with serious doubts about ballooning. If I’m mistaken on anything, I hope someone jumps in and corrects me.
