Ballooning thread

Whats a good ballooning thread (what should I search under) ? Also, how many hours a day do I have to keep this erection up and do I have to use DHT cream? What if I use just IGF because I have hairloss.

I’ve never heard ballooners (balloonists?) talk about taking any supplement as a requirement for “successful” (their term, I actually doubt it makes the penis grow) ballooning.
