Ballooning question

Hi!

I’ve read that ballooning could mess up your hormones and cause hair loss amongst other things..
Have anyone of you guys experienced this or is it just bull?

I like this exercise and it feels effective because your dick really gets expanded over the normal erection level and you can really feel the blood in it.
