I have been ballooning everytime I end my routines. 2 days on/2 days off. Now I have noticed that my unit is bigger with girth, but not with width. Will ballooning help with the length?? Or will I have to work that out a different way? Am I susposed to warm down after balloon/edging? Also, do you guys balloon/edge Right after jelqing or do you wait a bit to do it?
