I saw all of these posts about ball stretching that we’re about contraptions and rings and stuff.. That just wasn’t what I was looking for. Can anyone experienced tell me if it is unwise to try what I’m trying right now. I have one of the sticky ACE bandages, and I’ve cut a strip of that that I wrapped my balls with, it doesn’t hurt, it feels like it’s stretching, and I’ve had it on for maybe half an hour now, what do we all think of this? Safe? Wise? Unwise? Anyhow, let me know. Thank you!

The ball stretching threads are generally about making your testicles hang lower through gentle stretching of the scrotum over time. What you’re doing is more like the topic of this thread.

Not particularly. I see where you’re coming from, but I wrapped the ace bandage around just my balls and it’s intention is to stretch them because they sit very closely to my dick, causing it to look much smaller than it is, and making masturbation painful sometimes. I’m a college kid and can’t afford the machinery, nor would I really have time to wear something like metal rings around all the time. Is there a way to stretch the scrotum, away from the penis, making it look bigger, and hang lower, without using some new-fangled contraption?

Yes. Just use your hands. Manual stretching of the scrotum works, but you have to keep at it for a while to see results. Five to ten minutes per day of gentle stretching will make things looser and your balls will begin to hang lower.

Try wearing boxers if you don’t already. I’ve been wearing boxers for years and I heard a RUMOR that wearing boxers causes your balls to hang lower cause there is no support. I hang pretty low but I don’t really understand why that matters so much. What I would like to know is how to make them bigger :P .

Should you hold you penis straight or let it face down also?

I have been doing manual ball stretching for about 10 days using rather high tension for about 10 minutes at a time and so far the gains are rather fast. At first I could barely get 2 fingers around the base of my scrotum and now I can wrap 4 around it. I also notice a bit more dangle and swing. Are these short term gains permanent, or will things shrink back if I stop?

I think you’ll see much better results if you use “rings and contraptions” as opposed to using your hands. We had a long thread going here about two years ago on stretching and many of us used the rings from either sex or pump toys, I can’t remember which. I still wear mine. The one negative is that they have a tendency to slip down your pants leg - you don’t wear underwear when you have them on. So one of the guys developed the “sock tuck” method, which works fine. As oppose to using your hands, you can leave the rings on all day and night if you like. I’ve worn mine as much as 22 hours a day. I now have a stretching collar which will hold the rings in place without the sock and I really like it. I’ve been stretching for two years and my nuts hang a good 2 inches further down than when I first started, but not all day. BTW, you needn’t purchase expensive rings. Lowes has a similar ring for about 89 cents each, my 10, thru pumptoys, were about $30.00 I just purchased a collar here in London for about $125, much more than I would have paid in Atlanta, which I should have bought before I moved over here. One of the BIG benefits of using rings and a collar is that when you’re walking down the street your balls are swingung away in your pants - looks like a squrrel fight going on - and everyone has a tendency to stare, great for the ego of this little peckered guy.

Ballpumping?

Have you ever tried ball pumping?
I do it several times a week, in a 2 1/4” cylinder, mostly.
I lube my balls, put them into the cylinder, pump up a little vacuum, then
I wrap my dick to the outside of the cylinder with an Ace bandage or something. Thus it
doesn’t get sucked into the cylinder.
Now I can suck/ pump as much vacuum as I feel comfortable. I pump for maybe 20 mins,
take a break, shake loose, massage my balls, lube, and back in. after 1-2 hours my balls hang low and heavy.
If you use a small cylinder, you will work length, make them hang low, if you use a wider one, your balls will also be wider. (oh, really?)

I can post some pics if this is hard to understand..

If you can post a sequence of ballpumping pics in the Member Pics sections, this might be helpful to those guys considering this technique, i.e. pre-pumped look followed by initial pump in the tube followed post-pumping pic results. You know the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”.

I’ve been clamping my balls, using a cable clamp. It does seem to make my balls bigger for 10-20 mins after I take it off, hopefully it’s doing something in the long term.

ok, this is the one thing I can actually help on, IMO. after reading this thread i started basically just pulling on my balls. i did 10 sets of a minute each in the shower, I tell ya it doesn’t take long for them to hang lower. only been bout a month of serious stretching.
