I searched for ball strech and didn’t find what I wanted..so here it goes.
I dont want to use rings or anything, I just want to use the pulling method. Do I grab the balls and all to pull down or just the skin to stretch? I can’t pull very far if i grab the balls and all, so I didn’t think it was doing much good. Pulling just the skin seems like it would do more good, but I just wanted to make sure. thanks!
