What is best to do first to strech sack? Before ball streching which are the best ways ?

I’ve just started this. I’m currently use a custom elastic strap with Velcro attached to tie it together. To prevent rubbing I also put a 2 inch long piece of latex sleeve on first. Cost me about £4 to make and seems to be working really well. Put a sock over everything to keep it warm also.

No documented gains yet Jimxxx but I have taken a before shot. Give it a couple of months.
