I’ve been clamping and pumping 5-6 days a week for the last three months. Last week I noticed a slight ache in the middle of my dick. It hurt a little when I would come.

Its been one week off pe all together and the pain seems to be gone. The problem now is that my erection quality is in the gutter. I can get it up for sex but I can’t keep it hard. I’ve had pretty good morning wood all week so I’m thinking it might not be a physical problem.

Like bluray said, stop doing PE/masturbation/sex. Wait for a week and see if it’s back to your old levels. If not, add another week.

You are overtraining. Take a month off. Then start slow. Manual only to recondition yourself.

Sounds like you are in way to big a hurry. People who are in a big hurry tend to overdo it and injure themselves.

I am planning on taking a good long break and easing back in with a different routine.
I didn’t just jump into doing that heavy of girth work though. I’ve had 1 year without any girth gains so I decided too see if I was one of the more is better kind of guys. Thankfully my length gains have been very good.

This is a warning of an impending injury if you don’t back off.

Proper PE will dramatically improve EQ and sex drive. Over training will do the opposite. Push beyond the warnings and you can get an serious injury. Aches in the tissues are a serious warning that you are using way too much force.
