Hey all as some of you may have known I have been back PE’ing since the 18th August, so two weeks. I was out for a month before that with an injury prior to this I had pe’d for 6 weeks pretty intensly including ADS.

Anyway, I had the sex-with-the ex last night (damn good it was too) but man I still haven’t regained my losses. My stroke was short, I slipped out more than a few times and I could just tell there was something “missing”. I would thrust then just stop, I was almost expecting more length but it didn’t appear lol, quite a demoralising experience actually truth be told. I am using this as a watermark as too what I was before. I distinctly remember pre break looking into the mirror at one point (lol) and being genuinley suprised how long my unit looked, also I could have sex in the spoon positions with shaft length to spare, if I had tried that last night it wuld have been laughable. Same with other positions, there was most definately a different pleasure response depressingly.

I’m putting this down to 3 things:-

1) I am not doing my old routine, I am doing more the classic newbie routine. Lots of jelqing, ten minutes stretching. Now this in itself would not be a problem however this leads me on to me next point.

2) I stretch AFTER I jelq. At first I thought this was great, but now the resultant good PI’s are probably as a result from my dick not being stretched suffiecently. I believe this to be the single biggest factor in me not regaining my gains as it were. As I’m of the thicker girth (5.5-5.75 on a good day all around) my dick is just too engorged to stretch properly.

3) I’m not fowfering or using and ADS. I did lots of fowfers, before.

Sooo I’m going back to stretching before, and will probably slowly start to incorporate fowfers. My old routine was roughly, 15-20 minutes of stretching, 50 jelqs, 5 minutes stretching then 50 more jelqs. Most of the stretching was done at a downward angle, the jelqs were really there to get fresh blood flowing. This really worked for me. I esti mate I must have lost at least quarter of an inch.

What did your ads routine look like? You said 6 weeks heavy.

Basically I wore it pretty much every day for about 3 weeks, started out at 1-2 hours then upped it to about 6 hrs. Seriously tired my dick out though. Needed pure rest days.

I’m probably overreacting and to be fair it seemed bigger today but I think I’m thinking my dick like a muscle as I’m a weightlifter, when you take a break it comes back quickly. Everything’s different lol.

Were you running it at your bpel? I have a vac extender by mynewsize and I tried it for the first time. It is awesome easy to wear and no discomfort. I did a total of 1 hr and 20 minutes and my dick was dead. I couldn’t even get a semi erection for a day and a half.

I’m dying to get back into pe. So I started 10 minutes of jelging and pumping per day. Seem to be helping with my injury.

5 minute warm up
5 minute pumping at 3hg
5 minute jelqing
5 minute pumping at 3hg
5 minute jelqing
5 minute warm down

Really not much but better that nothing. My old routine was almost 4 hrs a day with mostly hanging.

Eh cheers for the reply dude, I did try responding earlier but my connection went down. Yeah I like you have to be really easy on the old ADS it took me literally weeks to get my erection back.

My new routine is going to be like this, pretty much like my old one lol.

20minute warmup

75 long slow length orientated helqs
5 stretching
75 long slow jelqs
fowfer warm down

Most stretches done at Downwards angles, not timed just stretch, relax into then stretch again.

Does that seem to be to much? Do you have positive PI’s. I really never got any PI so I could really never tell. I’ve never had morning or night wood and that was before the PE game.

Nah it’s fine as yet my PI’s have been great. My dick seems a lot more resiliant now but I honestly think fowfering is the way forward.

LH, based on your experience, I also recently started jelqing before strectching. The difference for me is that, because I wanted length instead of girth (5.75 EG), I didn’t really do much jelqing previously. Anyway, I think incorporating jelqing into my routine has been a benefit. My routine consists of 10 minute warmup; 20 minutes jelq; 12 minutes stretching.

Will you post your results on the new routine here or in your progress log?

I’ll post them up in my progress log when I next measure at the end of the month dude. Thanks for posting, we have the same EG give or take, makes my dick look stubby even though it’s not too far off the 6.5” nbp on a good day.

Like you I didn’t too much jelqing either and I have to say noticed more increase in length with a more stretch heavy routine.

Actually I will start using the log again, just been lazy.

How have your gains been so far?

I haven’t taken an official measurement, but feel like I may have gained 1/8” or so in a little over 2 weeks. If I start approaching 6” in girth without a length gain (just over 6.25” nbp), I’ll cut back on the jelqing. I didn’t gain much, though, from a stretching only routine.
