I have been hanging and have gain 1/2” so I’m very happy and will continue to hang. My back has been hurting so I went to a chiropractor. It was my hips out. He showed me what I could be doing to cause this. It’s slouching in my chair. While a hang I slouch over the edge to get a good pull BTC. This is shifting my hips the wrong way. I now watch my posture while hanging and the back no longer hurts.
