Back once again.
Hello fellow members. I know I haven’t been here for a while, but to tell you guys the truth, I miss ya’ll. Brief! Despite the fact that I haven’t posted anything lately, I have been doing some (intense) exercise on my unit and my overall body. It has been roughly 5 years since I joined this forum, and I have made impressive gains and physical changes. From a shredded body, to a heavy, throbbing unit, I got to say, I have changed my overall appearance thanks to you guys. When I joined years ago, I was a lonely, self-conscious person that had no faith. However, from reading all over this forum I have developed my own “unorganized” routines for my unit and body overall. I do not have a specific path that I follow to exercise overall, however if you guys are interested in knowing what I have been doing for these years, I would gladly share everything.
