Back from de-conditioning
Hey guys,
Ok, so I started PE about 11 months ago. I started out with the newbie routine. After a few months I started doing different variations of the newbie routine. I would do these variations 2 times a day on a 2 on 1 off schedule. I then increased it to 2-3 times a day with the same 2 on 1 off schedule. With this work out plan I achieved pretty much every positive PI possible except for the main one.. ERECT GAINS. It was brought to my attention that a de-conditioning break may be beneficial for me. So for the past two weeks I haven’t done anything. I want to start again but I am not sure what kind of routine to take on. Should I go back to my old one? Should I start slow again? Should I increase intensity? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
