So ive been gone for a while, and i haven’t kept up with me PE.

After recently discovering about an girlfriends old ‘friend’ that they had measured i feel a bit jealous and have decided to regain some lost size and more although body image i have no discomfort ive always had a slight tendency to overthink things in the penis size area.

What are peoples recommendations to do when returning? i have a bathmate but am thinking i need to buy a stretcher? any one particular ?

Start from scratch. Newbie routine normal or linear.
You want to gain with the least intensity possible to maximize gain potential.

And anything with gf and measuring and stuff = 99% B.S ;)

thats exactly how i thought but the fact that she said they didnt even do stuff and she was young and he was quite alot older (im already older that her) seemed like why would she lie but oh well on wards and upwards
Anyways thanks for the routine advice i guess its much like the gym!.

I can even with a ruler give the impression of an 12 inch dick to almost any woman. They have zero clue about measuring dicks. PERIOD!
Would you trust them to measure up parts to build a house? Of course they are great at ´how it feels.

Bathmate is good for warm up and short sets before and after manuals. Dont overpump.
Almost all extenders are O.K . Use them at least 4 hours a day and if you can get a vaccuum head attachment for ease of use.

I have the size genetics extender. good piece but expensive.

http://autoextender.com who is also in the product forums has a vac extender which is IMO the best option for long time use comfort.

Some of the really cheap nose extenders can break.

does price always = quality ?
I’m weary of paying so much for one, but mainly i don’t want to spend a fortune

not necessarily.

I think they are too expensive.

As said best is an extender with a vac headpiece. with some diy you can also make your own and attach a vac headpiece.
there are many extender threads about diy.

would you say work caused by extenders could be done in shorter time manually?

The extender is pretty one dimensional. It can increase size on its own but works best in combo with manuals.

There are not really shortcuts with PE. Too much intensity in short time might toughen the tissue up.
The extender works through constant tension. 4 hours daily at least.

There is clearly a time variable with PE. The more time invested the better the results.
But for sme 10 minutes a day might work with the right intensity…

Maybe just start with the linear newbie routine and see where it takes you..

You almost always want to ease into everything.
You can pump for long times along the newbie routine if you do it with low intensity.

You can do both. as supersets and another session lets say in the evening with the BM. Or after newbie routine. But of course not pumepd to the max right away.

I would do: before newbie routine : BM; pum pwith warm water, low pressure. No more then 8 minutes.
During newbie routine. Short sets like 4 minutes with medium pressure.
Then after the newbie routine low pressure for as long as you want and whenever you want.

Always keeping PI ‘s in view. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
No edema with the BM for example.

Okay that’s great advice will probably add one short set in the morning with jelqs then long set after the newbie routine at night.
Will gains I previously had come back quick?
Also with after PE care do I need to sleeve to stop turtling or will it grow the same regardless?

1. maybe

2. its better to have anti turtle device for as long as possible. But can achieve success without one.
