Back at it again
I started back doing PE on the first week of August after several months off; and I must say it feels good to be back on the boards. I haven’t taken any official measurements yet, but I plan on doing so at the end of the month. My routine is pretty simple; I warm up for 10 mins, manual stretch 3 sets of 30 sec stretches out, left, right, down, up and cranks. Wet jelq for 15-20 mins, then I use the Jelq Device for 5-10 mins. Then I warm down for 10 mins, then use my ADS for 1-2 hours and then I warm down again. For right now I PE every other day and I do a couple of 5 min Kegel workout throughout the day. Last time I measured I was right at 8in BPEL and my beginning was 7.75in BPEL. I would love to reach double digits in length, but for right now I’ll settle for something more realistic like 9x6.
I know everyone has their own ways to self-motivate and this may help some. I’ve been in the PE scene since I was 17 (I’m 23 now). Back then I didn’t have the time nor dedication for it, so I gave it up. Then I started back doing PE late Dec of 07, but only lasted for a couple months. So, this time around I did something different; instead of ultimately preparing myself for my journey with PE, I just did it. I don’t think about measuring, off days, time, etc. I just think about what needs to be done and that’s hands-on work with my unit. I guess you can say instead of keeping track of everything, I lose track of what’s unnecessary. My concentration is solely on my workouts and that’s it. Well anyway, I’m glad to be back! Wish me luck and good luck to my fellow PEers.
