PE used to be a thing for me for about 6 months with basic exercises that led to very great results and confidence. Confidence that I lacked several years in my past with women due to my size. I had a routine on here about 3 years ago, but I think it got way too old and deleted. Long story short, it’s been about 3 years since I have done PE, and I’m going back into it starting today with my log.
I just picked me up a real russian hottie where we have a lot of things in common, and I do not want to dissapoint my queen.
This is the routine I had in the beginning that worked really great for me…
It seems like a really conservative routine where I get most of my beginning gains, and then after that I transition into some advanced girth exercises after the first month or so because my penis has already experienced girth exercises that are advanced.
If anybody wants to throw in input, go right ahead!
Warm up with Rice sock: 5 Minutes.
Stretching - Left, Right, Down, Up, Straight for 30 Seconds each
100 Wet Jelqs
Warm Down in Shower with 50rep/5sec Kegel Holds: 5-10 Minutes
