Hi Guys,

I have been a member for nearly 3 years. Wow. I was thinking it was 2. Anyway, I am back after giving up a year ago.

Like most newbies, I started with the newbie routine, saw some quick gains and moved to fast into advanced exercises. The gains stopped, I got depressed and I eventually quit. I started the newbie routine a few weeks ago and this time I plan on sticking to it for a few months before moving to the more advanced stuff.

I am starting from scratch at 6.5 BPEL and 5.3 EG. My numbers tell me I am on the high side of average but it does not feel that way.

Although I don’t post alot, I have lurked for all 3 years.

Anyway, just wanted to say “HI” and let you know who I am.

Don’t move to advanced exercises as long as the basics still produce gains. If you haven’t read Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!, that may help to keep the gains coming.

Welcome back, like Tps says, stick it out. Stay with the newbie routine for more then 3 months if you have to. I’ve bee at it for over a year and am still gaining. In fact, I’m doing a lot less then the newbie routine. Read around and try a lesser routine and see how it works for you.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome back and the advice. One question: Are dry jelqs at a low erection level just as effective as wet jelqs concerning length?

Some guys do better with wet jelqs, and some do better with dry jelqs. Do which ever you prefer and when your gains slow, switch and see if the slightly different stresses get gains going again.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
