Hey everyone,

I started PE-ing a while back when I joined this site, but I could not maintain consistency! Now with the new years and what not, I am BACK!.
Hopefully I will be able to maintain a Work-out Regiment.

I kind of hinted to my GF that I was doing something to boost size, she told me she liked it the way it was, but I honestly believe that’s just a lie as I am very small.

My current stats are: 5.75 BPEL X 4.1 EG. Whether it be length or girth gains, I don’t care (my girth fluctuates from 4.1 to 4.3).

So now I am back into it.

I do have one question! What are your opinions on Pumping? I know it’s not supposed to be permanent, but what if I Pump and Jelq together? Does Pumping really work?. I don’t necessarily want to ask this question in pumping section alone because everyone there would more or less say it’s great, I just wanted a General PE opinion on it. I’m also skeptical in the sense that there are not many pumpers (regardless of which forum I go to).

Lastly, since I do intend to really go hardcore I’m definitely going to keep at it, what would I have to do to create a thread to begin a progress thread?

I hope I have the strength to keep going this time!

Well, first of all, welcome back! I don’t know that I would say no pumping gains are permanent. There are some old school pumpers here that attribute much of their gains to “sensible” pumping. I am just beginning my pumping journey, but my girth gains are from primarily jelqing. I believe that jelqing should be the basis for any girth routine, whether it is advanced or newbie

It seems that pumping should be done carefully and sensibly. Start at low vacuum (2-3hg) for no more than 10 minutes in the tube at a time. I am going to combine my jelq & pumping routines. I am however, by most standards “advanced” PE’r at this point, but always cautious and live by the motto “PE is a marathon, not a race”.

There is a great pumping routine posted in the pumpers forum by a very experienced pumper that will help out on your new found hobby!

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day *

Welcome back TSX.

I think only pumpers can help you, because they are doing it. If non-pumper answers your question, it’ll be theoretical thoughts because he didn’t try it himself.

So, if you want a real answer, you should ask the experts.

Two Days strong now!!

Basic newbie routine stuff:
5 minutes soak in hot water
5 minute stretches
10 minute jelq
5 minute warm down while Kegel in shower.

Gonna push it to 30 minutes Jelq over the next 6 weeks!

But I was wondering if taking L-Arginine would be beneficial for someone of my age, I am 24. If I do start, when I stop taking it, will I see any side effects?
