Hey All,

I’m on the first of two rest days at the end of “week 1” and figure this is the perfect time to do my formal re-introduction.

I started PE five years ago - and lasted all of three weeks! I stopped because other priorities reared up. Over the past couple years, I’ve gotten the rest of my body in fine shape, and now have come back to PE - sort of like preparing the bow to put on the present, huh?

Not sure if I saw any gains from PE the first time around, but my measurements now are a little larger than my measurements then (about a 10% volume gain, actually, though I didn’t notice till I measured). I figure there are four possible reasons: (1) I may be measuring differently now, (2) PE might have given me gains in those three weeks, (3) I’ve done a lot of work with learning about multiple orgasms/cosmic orbit and so have flooded my dick with blood on a regular basis more than just regular sex/masturbating would have, and/or (4) working out and changing my diet away from soy has raised my testosterone levels and this has contributed to dick gains.

Regardless, here I am again. My growth goals are somewhat modest: 1 inch length and 1/2 inch girth, but I calculated that just these gains would raise my erect volume by 42%. That’s a big difference in any orifice! It would also bounce me from the small side of average to the large side, which suits my frame fine. Another goal of mine is to really do this work safely. High quality warm-ups and warm-downs, gradually increasing intensity as per the Newbie Routine, and not pushing it when in doubt. Lastly, I’d like to straighten out a slight curvature to the left.

My routine for now is the Newbie Routine with the following variations:
1. I do my warm-up and stretches in a warm bath. This is awesome - didn’t have a bath before. (Warm-down I use a wet face cloth.)
2. I do leg fowfers when sitting, bed fowfers when in bed, and wrap the base of my cock and balls when on my bicycle (how I commute) to prevent turtling and encourage flaccid growth. You could call me a follower of the Gospel According to Girtha. (Check out the “prevent turtling” link in my signature if you’re not familiar!)

I’m addicted to checking out this forum and am really grateful for the community here. It was great five years ago too. To see how it’s grown and the increased awareness of methodology is inspiring. I think this is the first time I really believe, as in, I know, that this stuff works. I look forward to reporting back my first month gains on January 7!

Yeah, isn’t it kinda funny that a 1 inch length gain and 1/2 inch girth is considered “modest” around here?!?! Entirely possible, though. Good luck with your routine. If you’re a follower of Girtha, you know to do some variation of the newbie routine to get conditioned, so I wont even mention it.

Welcome back EZduzzit, this forum can be very addicting… which isn’t a terrible thing. It keeps you thinking about PE, and the more you think about PE the more likely you are to stick with it. So I hope to see you around here a lot. Great success to you in your renewed quest!

Started my second week today. Baby steps, huh. I hope to have the perseverence to reach my goals this time around.

The last 15 months I focused on lifting weights to change my body shape, to basically make things bigger in a specific (muscular) way. I stuck with it like crazy and have basically gotten my desired results. It took longer than I thought it would, but it happened - i’m healthier, stronger, and better looking to boot. I feel like my success with that experience has shown me that, “Yeah, I can do this! If I stick with it, it will work.” I learned a lot about my ability to make things happen through that process. Just having that success makes it easier to have confidence in doing PE now.

Anyone else have experiences like those that give you that sense of, “I know I can do this” ?

Weight training is similar to PE at this regard: you have to believe that it will work, perseverating altough you don’t see immediate results and altough results are becoming way harder to achieve the more you go ahead.

Yes, one you learn that success is based on long-term constant and wise efforts, this lesson could apply near to every kind of goal in your life. It’s the reason why sport has so big role in child education. When you will experience descouragement with your PE, remind to yourself that lesson.

Hey, welcome back… and I think you could make your goal if you really focus— I am very close to hitting mine and believe I may hit it by the end of the month. So, as long as you stick with it you should make it. Also I have read a little about the multiple orgasm stuff as well… It has only worked for me once or twice, but it takes awhile to build a resistance and control your orgasms. Good luck to ya!

Neophyte - your gains are incredible - congrats!

And Superdrive - the multiple orgasm stuff is awesome. I learned about it here - five years ago. Or rather, I learned about a book: The Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams. I’ve done some further research since then, but that book will get you going. As Neophyte said, it does take control. It also takes a willingness to experiment and experience your body in a very different way.

I don’t practice it all the time, but over months and years I have definitely learned to get much more out of sex - with others and solo. The thing with learning to have multiples for men is to learn how to separate the orgasm from ejaculation. The secret is: they don’t really need to happen at the same time. You can postpone ejaculation and have dry orgasms, over and over again. It’s sort of like advanced edging. Then, if/when I do ejaculate, the orgasm spreads through my entire body and lasts much longer than before. It’s an incredible discipline and a fun journey.
