Hello all,

I remembered my account and finally came back due to curiosity and wanting to come back into the game to try to grow bigger again. I also just recently got a pump and was wondering of this "newbie routine" people were talking about. I’ve kinda searched and found this: Vacuum Pumping 101

Question I have is should I pump everyday or every other day, what did you guys do for your first few weeks.

Exhaust the gains from the newbie routine and then add an excersise like pumping. I currently pump 1 day on and 2 days off. So 2-3 days a week roughly.

Can someone tell me the effects of getting off after a workout? I read somewhere someone claimed it can effect 1/3 of your gains? What are people’s opinions to this.

If you’re referring to ejaculation after a workout, it is not recommended. After ejaculation, there is minimal bloodflow to the penis, and this retards growth and recovery. There could also be differences in the levels of beneficial hormone levels pre and post ejaculation (maybe someone else can chime in on this).

It is better to not ejaculate within a few hours of a PE session. Try it with and without ejaculation after your session - you will see and feel the difference, I’m sure.
