Back after 7 years- help would be highly appreciated

Back after 7 years- help would be highly appreciated

Hi,

Started PE about 7 years ago and stopped as I never got results.

4 months ago started to get back into it. Read in the Multi-orgasmic man book about a PE technic which motivated me again to give it another go.

This is my daily routine over the last 4 months:

10 minutes stretching
20 minutes jelquing
Warm down

Additionally I do loads of kegels during the day.

I have normally 1 day off per week.

Even though I have some nice growth indicators like good morning wood, up to 5.3 girth after PE sessions and better flacid size, I have not gained anything. Am measuring every end of the month am still with my 6 BPL and 5 girth.

My goal is 6.5 BPL and 5.5 girth and I won´t stop before I have it :)
…just feel would like to be on the above average side

So any recommendations are highly appreciated.

I am thinking about buying an extender, but would only be able to wear it 2 to 3 hours a day at home.
Would that make sense?

Thanks for your help in advance!

I never gained from manuals either.

You know, 2-3 hours would be perfect for hanging. Just a though.

Hanging through the year 2012. Check my log.

I think you need to increase your intensity somewhat. If you aren’t seeing any length gains after 4 months you aren’t going at your unit hard enough.

Have you experienced any soreness after workouts?

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Thanks for the quick replies a-unit and mister007!

Yep, was thinking about hanging as well…am a bit afraid though to tell you the truth.
Might do some additional search regarding this subject here and look into how to build a hanger.

I am sore after the workouts. Even thought I might be overdoing it. Reading through the posts these days, I get the feeling there is much more a “less is more philosophy” here. But you might obviously be right. It is trial and error game isn’t it. Will go a bit harder this month and let you know how it worked.

…..

What you did and how long?

Jelquing and stretching for about half a year very regularly- about 6 days a week.
Then on and off over the years, but without being really “into it”.

Got just really motivated again reading more and more (Multi Orgasmic Man, Mens Helath etc) about PE and how it seems to work. So want my piece of the cake as well and thats why I am back. :)

Never go results with manuals? Could be worth trying something else. Hanging or extender (you can build a homemade hanger for chips, or an extender) or if you can spend some money a pump. For the first weeks re-starting from the newbie routine is near mandatory, though.

I would suggest a pump before hanging. I think it will have less of an impact on your erection angle, and I think you need to think long and hard about whether you want your erection to point farther down. I lost some of it from stretching down, and I really wish I could have it back. It would make certain positions when having sex easier.

Pumping also combines with jelqs really well. It feels good, and gives you a visual of your future gains. You do get bigger in the tube than you would otherwise be. Read the pumping 101 thread, it is really good. And I might as well tell u now: don’t go above 5inHG on the gauge.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Tunica shape and EQ has more to do with EA than hanging lower angles. If you want high erection angle, do OTS with fulcrum. Honestly I think that big dick is just too heavy to have something like 12 clock EA.

My EA=erection angle was something like 11:30 before PE and now it is 10:30-11.
